Scheduling Configuration: An issue was making it more difficult for customers to configure their business schedule than it needed to be. Fixed.
Desktop Phone Call Improvement: There were certain scenarios that would cause a call to drop when talking to a customer from your desktop/laptop computer. Now your calls are much more stable and consistent. Fixed
Mobile Zoom Ghost: The PRP dashboard would sometimes mysteriously zoom in on mobile when typing input into a field. Fixed

Main Changes
Forwarding Number Setting: You can now set a forwarding number where your calls will be directed. This makes it easier to manage incoming calls based on your preferences.
Caller ID Forwarding Option: You can now decide if it should show your business or your customer's information when you receive forwarded calls.
Voicemail Template: You can now create a voicemail template. This will be read to customers who reach your voicemail.
Bug Fixes
Payment Collection Bug: Users who had changed their email address were experiencing issues when trying to make payments. Fixed.
Email Provider Failure: When our email provider went down, it caused multiple copies of a receipt be sent. Fixed.
Order Date Bug: Orders were occasionally being assigned to the next day depending on timezone. Fixed.

Email Templates: We've added a new page for creating email templates for your customer communications.
Bug Fixes
Deletion Confirmation Modal: Previously, the deletion confirmation modal didn’t show the name or title of the item being deleted, causing potential confusion. Now, it clearly displays what you're about to delete. Fixed.
Text Message Link Wrapping: Links in text messages were not wrapping properly, which sometimes caused them to be cut off or misaligned. Fixed.

Report Section - Beta: We've added a brand new Report section in the sidebar, providing easier access to your data insights. This feature is currently in beta and not available to all customers quite yet.
Auto Route Enhancements: You can now adjust how auto-routing works with settings. A confirmation popup will also appear when auto routing might rearrange existing timelines.
Down Payment Settings: A new setting allows you to set minimum dollar or percentage amounts required to book, giving you more control over your transactions.
Emails Work With Outlook: We've changed our underlying email provider. Now you customer emails will work for people using outlook.

Scrollable Task View Popout: Previously, the task view popout couldn’t scroll, making it hard to view all the details when tasks were long.

Enhanced Routing Experience: We've revamped the routing UI to make adding new tasks feel seamless and intuitive. Auto routing is now easier to use, and the timeline creation process is clearer, making it feel almost like magic.
Task Management Updates: Tasks with notes are now flagged for easy identification, and extra info can be displayed via a popout sheet during routing. We've also renamed "Orders" to "Tasks" for clearer navigation in routing.
